Faulty product
The salesperson told us it would be a very good heat producer but would not get too hot to touch. It was the exact opposite. Too hot to touch and had no effect on the room temperature. I noticed it was shown on Tv as a faulty product and should be recalled. Overall bad product, bad service and she was just trying to make a sale! At least we were able to return for a full refund.

Dissatisfied
Just disappointed that AGAIN I bought a heater (2nd heater) told it has fan!!! No fan!!!
