This camera is great for what it is. It takes photos instantly. However, be aware that taking good photos require a steady hand/tripod and practical knowledge of distance and lighting.

For some odd reason, in the middle of the film, 3-4 pictures came out blurry and almost like a double exposure picture but that setting wasn’t selected. I feel like that film and those pictures were wasted.

An attractive, retro-tinged design and solid feature set are enough to make the Instax SQ6 an easy recommendation - throw in the low price point and it becomes one of the best instant cameras on the market right now. If you want to shoot square format instant prints without breaking the bank, this is probably the camera for you.

Lens to look out of before taking photo is not central and a little awkward to look into when capturing image.

great quality -- love the different modes, too. There's a timer, different flash colors, selfie mode (so it doesn't flip the picture the opposite way) and I am very pleased with it!

Brought as a gift, but we tested it out and the picture taken was great quality. Disappointing that it doesn't come with any film these need to be brought separately.
