I picked up the XP120 model for a recent trip to Mexico. I needed a camera that was waterproof because most of my activities were going to be in water, snorkeling, cave diving, playing at the beach or in the pool.

Very easy to set up. It will put the date and time the picture was taken on the bottom right corner of the picture. Quick recovery between taking pictures, so you don't miss a better photo.
I brought this camera for taking shots when snorkelling, really impressed also great all rounder camera has loads of feature. For the price would definitely recommend.
Fujifilm's new family-friendly rugged compact camera for 2018, the FinePix XP130, has a 16.4 million pixel 1/2.3-inch image sensor along with a 5x optical zoom lens (28-140mm equivalent).
The image quality is terrible and the edges of the image are black when I used the zoom function. The image is reduced to a tunnel view. I may have received a faulty camera, but I would not risk $170 on this camera. The camera would communicate with my cell phone, but only to receive location data.
Bought it primarily to use underwater on holiday. Took decent pictures above and under water. Minor problem with misting on some pictures when it went from the cold water to warm air. Really good feature that pics can be remotely downloaded to phone and shared.

Fujifilm's one and only ruggedised compact camera, the XP130 is a pocket-sized point-and-shoot model that's built for the rough and tumble of a trip to the wilderness. Simple to use; More affordable than other rugged cameras; Pocket-sized but rugged
Average image quality; No 4K video recording; Light on features compared to rivals
The camera is not that simple to set up. Partly, the problem is very small print for instructions, and mostly not in English. Otherwise, it's quite small and lightweight. You need to practice a lot but I'm not sure it's worth the money.
Budget shoppers who are willing to live with the XP130's limitations should also check and see if the XP120 is still available for sale. At press time it is, and is selling for under $150. It doesn't offer Bluetooth, which isn't essential, and aside from that it's the same camera as the XP130.
Affordable; Tough, waterproof design; Simple operation; 5x zoom lens; Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
Video limited to 1080p; So-so lens with limited macro focus; Rear LCD doesn't support touch
