Appalling feedback and customer service

The cooktop turned up, so 2 stars instead of 1. Having dealt with Good Guys stored before, I thought their online store would be ok. Big mistake, should have read the reviews first. The service from Good Guys online was absolutely appalling, do not even think of using them. I never received one official email from them from the time of order to time of delivery, I still do not have an invoice that I can use to get warranty. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks, I queried them and got a customer service email saying 'Sorry, the stock we had was inadvertently sold, we have now ordered your product'. Yeah right. The overall time from order to deliver was approx. 6 weeks when other retailers later told me the supplied had a 100 units in stock and could supply it in a week. No customer service. Terrible experience all up.
