Amazing game!

Pre-ordered this game for a while after seeing early concept videos and reviews, and was not disappointed. I actually looked forward to each play through to see all the different endings and how each story played out. Fingers crossed for a sequel in the future

"Detroit: Become Human does some things incredibly well, but it also has some problems with the way it tells its story." © 2018 Sony Interactive Entertainment, Quantic Dream. All rights reserved.

Absolutely top-notch visuals; stellar performances from the cast; great music; choices feel like they matter; in some respects it's perhaps the least Cagey David Cage game

Some occasional control awkwardness; unsubtle allegory to the civil rights movement in some plot points; still ultimately a David Cage game

"One of the best games I've played so far"

Phenomenal! Easily one of the best games I've played to date. Very engaging, emotional and fascinating. You grow to care for the character as you get into the game. The storytelling is very well done. Great soundtrack, great characters, amazing graphics.

Detroit: Become Human

Ever since Ridley Scott's Deckard had us asking whether androids dream of electric sheep we've found the concepts around sentience and man-made life to be among the most enthralling of sci-fi themes.

Detroit: Become Human Review

‘Quantic Dream' More like ‘QTE Dream'! Boom tish! Okay, that's the first and last time I'll make that joke, but it's incredibly apt, and especially for those of you who haven't ever really jumped into a David Cage experience -- the man likes his quick time events, and Detroit: Become Human is full...

Detroit: Become Human review – robotic storytelling

A considerable improvement on Quantic Dreams' previous work, and while the storytelling is still flawed its tale of abused androids feels very human.

The branching storylines and multiple characters are handled well, with a surprising range of options and possibilities; Stunning visuals and generally good acting

There are still major problems with the storytelling, in terms of both interactivity and the themes it's trying to deal with; Clumsy controls and Connor has a bad case of ludonarrative dissonance

What if you already are

Solid and definitely has an audience. There could be some hard-to-ignore faults, but the experience is fun.

Detroit: Become Human Review

Detroit: Become Human isn't really a futuristic science-fiction adventure about robots any more than The Walking Dead or The Last of Us are really about zombies. Instead, it is a social revolution simulator, where most of your choices actually matter, the story and characters are engaging and moving...

Detroit Become Human Review – Rage Inside the Machine

Detroit Become Human is Quantic Dream's best game yet, though if you haven't been a fan of the studio's previous output, this is unlikely to change your mind. The QTE-heavy gameplay remains divisive, though this time around it's attached to a gripping story that - for the most part - avoids the...

Superb performances across the board; 40 hours of branching paths; Your choices drastically change the rest of the game; No finger-wagging against violent choices; One of the best-looking games on PS4
