The way the drone handles it is really easy for a beginner like me to take great video footage.

Awesome little drone, but set-up is pretty complicated and instructions, like most Chinese products, aren't great. Heck, they aren't even good. Plan on watching several YouTube videos to get this set up. But hey, at least the videos are there, and once you get flying it will all be worth it.

Well what a surprise once you are through the registration phase it's a breeze, if you are not sure of your skill level put it into beginners mode. This mode helps understand the handling of the drone and its potential at a sedate pace.

The DJI Spark might be small, but its main body feels dense and solid as a brick. The drone's limbs feel just a sturdy thanks to some heavy ribbing. The Spark is great, actually very sophisticated, yet very forgiving for beginners when used in "Beginners" mode. The hand gesture mode is interesting, but very limited, but a good starting point to work up to the controller and software for more complicated flights.
