Pros:

DJI Mavic Mini review: Tiny yet terrific
If you're after an easy, affordable way to get into the world of drones, the Mavic Mini is a superb option. Considering its size and how inexpensive it is, the performance and features on offer are fantastic.
Pros:
- Much more affordable than any previous DJI drone
- Easy to fly
- Smooth footage
- QuickShot modes are fun to use
- Battery life is decent for the size
Cons:
- GPS/Location didn't work for remembering take-off point
- It won't like strong winds
- QuickShot options limited compared to bigger models
- Slow charging batteries

On one hand, the Mavic Mini is the perfect beginner’s drone. It’s tiny and lightweight, enabling it to fly under the thresholds for certain regulatory restrictions, has approaching 30 minutes of flight time, while also shooting 2.7K footage – and the quality of that footage is quite good.

Pros:

- Excellent battery life
- Crisp 2.7K video and 12MP photos
- Gimbal stabilization
- Automated cinematic camera movements
- Find My Drone feature
- Doesn't require federal registration.
Cons:
- Some connectivity issues in testing
- Omits obstacle detection sensors
- No 24fps video option
- Doesn't support Raw or HDR images.

DJI Mavic Mini MAVIC-MINI-STD review
The Mavic Mini takes everything DJI has learned about flying cameras and crams it into the smallest drone from the company to date. At just 249 grams, it’s light and incredibly portable. It still flies like a champ and comes with a solid camera for the price.
Pros:
- Small yet capable in the air
- Solid camera performance with some caveats
- Stellar battery life
Cons:
- Video link a little flaky at times
- Lacks some core camera features
- Fewer smart modes
