With DJI Mavic Pro being the best foldable drone (I’ll even dare to say BY FAR) available on the market, a ton of DJI fans are already turning their heads towards the next version.
DJI Mavic 2 Zoom excels as the name states in zooming. The built-in camera uses an optical zoom.
Mavic 2 Zoom differs from its sibling Mavic 2 Pro in many respects. Zoom employs a 1/2.3-inch CMOS sensor with a range that spans from 24 mm to 48 mm. The aperture ranges from f/2.8 to f/11. The number of EV points are also different.

At launch, the Mavic Pro had stiff competition from the GoPro Karma Drone and it looked set to be a colossal battle between the giants. In the end, the Karma crashed out and didn’t really make it past the starting line, while the Mavic Pro became a soaring success. Now there’s the Mavic 2 Pro.
Compact size; Intelligent flight modes; Hasselblad camera
I need one; It costs £1299
As a current user of DJI (Phantom) the DJI Mavic was a breeze to pull out of the box and get in the air. The simplicity of the control panel was very refreshing. No more big box to pack around. The drone is much quieter than the Phantom. The zoom is going to be a great new feature.
Great,a very useful bag,and everything you need for your your Mavic 2 quad-copter!buying these items individually will cost far more,and the four battery charger is very convenient.
You might have expected, given the extra zoom facility, the extra sensors and new design, that DJI would whack a huge premium on the DJI Mavic 2 Zoom. Amazingly, though, it's the same price as the original Mavic Pro.
Optical zoom; All-around object sensing and avoidance; Hyperlapse and super resolution modes are impressive
Camera still only has a 2/3in sensor; Remote controller is fiddly to set up
DJI's Mavic range are like the premium compact cameras of its drone line-up, sitting inbetween the more point-and-shoot Spark and pro-friendly Phantoms. Powerful but small due to their foldable designs, the Mavic fleet recently gained two new flagships that sit above the Mavic Air – there's the...

Mavic 2 Pro image quality is better;
There's a very good reason why DJI is the market leader of drones: its combination of high-tech features, flight modes and video/image qualit is an unbeatable combination. With the Mavic 2 Pro, that reputation is only enhanced once more.
Stunning footage; Great still photos; Obstacle avoidance is brilliant; Flight modes work really well; Super smooth flight - even in wind
It's expensive; Remote requires phone to be plugged in; App is still not the most user friendly; Non-HDR shots can be grainy
The fly more kit is excellent, save you money at the same time, give you more flying time with extra batteries. The only thing I wish is that the bag or case would have more protection in the event it slips or falls to the ground while carrying it. Hopefully DJI can improve that.
