Drone maker DJI has announced a new version of its popular Inspire quadrocopter. The new drone is faster, lighter, smarter, and flies for longer than the original, as well as boasts two cameras.

Put me down for one of these right now - this is the drone I've been waiting for!! .

DJI's ready-to-fly professional camera drone, the Inspire 1, has for the most part gone unchallenged since it launched two years ago. Compared to the company's Phantom line and new Mavic Pro, though, its tech is showing its age. That changes now.

It might look the same as the original, but the company's latest professional camera drone promises to be better in every way.

When paired with the X5S camera and gimbal, the DJI Inspire 2 delivers the best video we've seen from any drone. Its price is prohibitive for most consumers, but it's a solid purchase for video production companies and news organizations, and a drop in the bucket for Hollywood studios.
