Most people don't look twice at a modem/router installed at home. That certainly won't be the case with D-Link's Taipan AC3200 Ultra Wi-Fi Modem Router (DSL-4320L). Looking a lot like a Cheops class warship from Stargate painted in blue enamel, the Taipan is certainly unique in its appearance.

This modem rock. Very great range, awesome signal and QoS. We are able to connect our 6 devices + NAS + TV with Netflix without any issues at all. It deserve its cost !

D-Link Taipan AC3200 Ultra Wi-Fi Modem Router
Pros:
- Fanastic product, moved from an 5 year old asus router
- Living a long distance from the exchange we were getting about 1.8mb download which jumped to 4.2mb after getting this router going.
Cons:
- A little large compared to normal routers but based on the performance this has to be expected

Review: D-Link Taipan AC3200 modem router
Need a ton of performance for WiFi at home No worries, because D-Link has something that might fit the bill, and it's so big, you might even have problems placing it.
Pros:
- Yay
- a converged high-end modem router (w00t! Plenty of bandwidth
- Easy to setup
- Smart Connect is a great way of uniting the three bands under one WiFi name and SSID
Cons:
- Big and cumbersome
- and awkward to place
- Interface may be a little clunky for some
- specifically the pro users
- Settings aren't always saved

Easy to set up. Larger than expected but works as advertised.
