Poor DLink Support
The router is easy to install and program. It is capable of being used to serve a web site up to the internet. Functionality is 5 star. However, MyDlink Support of the cloud portion of this router is nill to none. I have waited 38 days for a response to a login problem, and DLink will not answer me.

Great Product
I bought this D-link router and so far it works great and meet my expectations. I set up this router on a home network that includes a desktop pc, 2 laptops, 2 smart phones, PS3 an IPad and Boxee device.

D-Link DIR-865L Wireless AC 1750 Dual Band Cloud Router
With fragmented internet-based features and average performance, the D-Link DIR-865L Wireless AC 1750 Dual Band Cloud Router is a decent router for the money.
Pros:
- Offers good performance on the 5Ghz band
- Can be easily managed via the internet
- using a browser or mobile device
Cons:
- Performance on the 2.4Ghz band and its network storage feature could be better
- Cloud-based features are limited and fragmented

Excllent router
Router works great no issues at all. Very fast data transfer with the gigabit ports. Reason I got this one is because it was a reasonably priced top of the line AC router so I won't have to upgrade it for a long time even when AC compatible devices become standard.

I had to update the firmware to get some of features to work properly. However, after the update , this router rocks! Excellent wireless coverage and fast connection. Most of HD streaming were lagging with my old router but this router is doing it with easy.

Streaming Router
The router kept up with connection speed while 3 smartphones, 1 Tablet and 1 laptop are connected. Excellent performance, router never crashes!

This D-link AC wireless Dual Band Router works as advertised
On a PC with this the D-link DWA-182 dual band USB adapter in a USB 3.0 port, we get 866 Mbps on 11ac, on the 5 gHz band our N10 tablet hits 300 Mbps, on the 2.4 gHz band our N7 tablet hits 78 Mbps. No issues during installation and setup, including the cloud services.
