This is a great headset, if it was reliable, had good drivers and software. It doesn't, which is a shame because the sound quality is stellar otherwise.

My son is part cyberman...I am convinced of it!! When he isn't working he is plugged into the internet or sleeping. I think he actually has a HDMI socket in the back of his neck, or perhaps it's an ethernet one..
long battery life; excellent sound quality; cool looking
bit heavy; leatherette padding worn quickly
After 5 months of use writing the review that the product is outstanding and the THX/Dolby/Scout sound and noise isolation are superb. The bass is warm and rich, better than the majority of headphones. Stands up to 8 continues hours of gaming.
Creative were once the king of the desktop audio market, but in recent years, there have been so many new names come and go, that it's been getting harder and harder for even the most established brands to maintain a larger part of the market.
Exceptional sound quality; Great wireless performance; Powerful drivers; Impressive sound processing features; PC/PS4 support; Long battery life; Premium build quality; Customisable LED lighting colours

The Creative Sound Blaster Tactic3D Rage Wireless V2.0 is a gaming headset that's notable for offering wireless functionality at only £80. It's also compatible with the PC, Mac and PS4 , although sadly not the Xbox One or mobile devices.
Wireless functionality; Audio and lighting customisation; Compatible with PC; Mac and PS4
No Xbox One; mobile or tablet compatibility; Microphone detaches rather than retracts; Cheap build quality and styling
the audio is fantastic asmuch as a 4.5 star and even more fantastic considering it's wireless, the cans design is nice, the headband is where this set loses a star and a half in my oppinion, it's a molded band of plastic and can come to feel like a vice after a short period of time, the band tips...
Love the headset, sound quality is good, but the boom cover never stays on. It can fall off easily and get lost. It falls off just setting the headset down Anyone getting this headset either have a way to keep boom cover on all the time, or know a place where you can get a replacement.
For the price the Tactic3D Rage delivers. The sound quality leagues above what you pay for it and the software bundled with it makes your experience highly customizable---and even comes with voice changing software integrated. As a person with a larger head I find them incredibly comfortable!
The build quality is average, but you do get a lot of features like wireless connectivity (don't ask me how many times my chair has smashed my headphones wire !), you get a built in sound card (because everyone knows how much onboard sound sucks) and you get those cool LED lights (come on!
Wireless functionality is well implemented; Good sound quality without any major flaws; Useful EQ options in the bundled software; Changing LED lights look cool; Bundled sound card
15 hour battery life is a bit short for avid gamers; Retail price in India is very high
Sound Blaster is known for their sound cards in the computer industry for more than two decades now. Their dedication to computer audio devices led them to the development of other hardware which today includes headsets.
