I bought a few of these phones. The voice is crystal clear. Hands free is quite good. Can't beat this phone in the 120-150$ range.
Pros:

Cons:
- - wall mount could be better (but still functional

Cisco 303
Been using these with Cisco 303 ip handsets. They work great and the team say the audio quality is decent. Nice and cheap too so easily replaced when new people start or if they break due to wear and tear.

BE WARNED NO ELECTRICAL ADAPTER!
I find these phones fly all over the map when it comes to price. But most annoyingly it showed up without an electrical adapter. SERIOUSLY

Need to include power cord
I purchased this phone thinking I would save a little money but ended up paying more than if I would have went through my VoIP provider. I had to purchase a separate power cord which was $14.00. I think they should tell you in the description it does not include a power cord.

Should include a power adapter, but they are readily available elsewhere.

Beware - No Power Adapter Included
We like these phones, however, we were very frustrated when we went to set them up and found that there was no AC power adapter included. And I cannot find anywhere obvious on Office Depot's site that let's you know that you need to purchase it separately.

Dissatisfied
I am very dissatisfied. I made the mistake of putting the correct address but wrong zipcode. Instead of being called (you had my phone #) you automatically had my order shipped back to you. As of today, I do not have the items.
