Good quality SIP phone
Good quality SIP phone, we use lots of these in our business and have no issues. PoE makes installation very tidy

Great IP Phone
Pros:
- The phone looks, sounds like a high end phone
- I have used 7911's and other cisco phones and i was equally impressed
- using it with a SPA9000
Cons:
- I alsp have a SPA525g and i think the speaker phone on the 502g is not as good as the 525
- but its half the price
