Most uncomfortable handset I've ever used

Our office was forced to get these phones (love the logic of replacing an inexpensive system that works great with a very expensive system that doesn't!). If you're into everyone in cubeland having a different ringtone so you can tell whose is going off I guess they have some decent features.

Phone has every featcher you could want. The built in phone directory is a nice feature.

These were not new phones from Discover Savings. The original Cisco boxes were all re-=taped with brown gum tape. Don't sell as new Cisco if they are re-taped.
