One word: Amazing!
This new 50mm 1.2 is simply amazing! Considerable improvements compared to EF version: sharper, focuses faster and extremely accurately with the R camera body (basically, you can get f/1.2 shots all day long), and better control of fringing.

Canon RF 50mm f/1.2L USM Lens L-Series - Optimized for Canon EOS R Full-Frame Format Mirrorless, Aperture Range: f/1.2 to f/16
Pros 1.2 quality glass does everything you'd expect from a great lens. Cons: This is no light weight.

What We Love. What's not to love The Canon RF 50mm F/1.2's premium and rugged build quality that comes with both dust-/weather-sealing and vibration shock resistance No, that's great. Its design that's big and bulky yet somehow still surprisingly easy and comfortable to use
