My boyfriend found this site for me and I was able to get my kindle for the best value for money. I'll definitely use Expert Infotech again. I love my kindle!

When I called the person on the phone wasn't really sure how to answer my questions about the lens I purchased, which was a bit annoying, and they weren't particularly interested in finding someone who could help me. They basically just told me to purchase the item as click and collect, and then to come in and ask my questions then. Saying that, the experience in store was great, not sure if weekend staff are different to weekday staff?

I have dealt with Expert Infotech once before and everything went well. This time it seemed even easier again. The reason that I deal with them is because they have been around long enough that you can trust them. Let's face it....who else are you going to trust with a large sum of money, hoping the goods will arrive, all for a saving of another 40 or 50 dollars.

Received email saying HDD was in stock and ready to pick up (but it wasn't even the next day). No particular harm done but doesn't get top marks for service or delivery.

Although it was not the cheapest place on PriceMe, by the time the lower postage cost ($9 rather than $30) was factored in, the difference was negligible. Add into that, the good communication, quick & easy ordering and faster delivery it made this the best option by far. Have used them again since, and had the same experience the second time.

Website stocks were out of date and the item I purchased, was no longer available. Delivery was supposed to be within 3 working days, 'but usually 1'. After 3 days I was contacted about the no longer available part, and offered a chargeable upgrade. Service in this regard was good, albeit slow. 7 days (5 working days} and a follow up email later, the lens arrived in the post - item description as advertised.

Great price for a legitimate product. Info on site is lacking disclaimer that it's a parallel import destined for another country, although at this price many should realise the catch. Came with euro charger and NZ adapter. So far I've experienced no issues due to this and am very happy with my purchase. Will be coming back here wheni need to upgrade.
