I had a POST problem with the AsRock X570 Steel Legend motherboard I purchased after few weeks, so I had to send it back to the manufacturer for inspection, but they could not find any fault with it (which I find hard to believe because I tested it multiple times with different working parts I have). By this time, I already waited for nearly two months for my motherboard to come back, so I decided to just pay a re-stocking fee and return the motherboard because it was taking too much time.. But thankfully Expert Infotech offered me a full refund and processed the refund right away. Thank you so much for the full refund and prompt communications. I'd use Expert Infotech again, but probably I would never purchase another product from AsRock.
