Good product
Shopping on line is convenient! Click and collect should also be convenient! At PBTECH it is not!, You go to the store to the click and collect counter and get told to get in the normal long que - what's the point of click and collect, its supposed to save the customer time not force them to stand in a slow que.

Great Product
Great product, prints out well. Always have used brother and never bene disappointed

Great print.
Nothing beat Genuine toners in terms of print quality - very expensive though. Print quality is noticeably better than cheap after market toners. I also had to replace the fuser unit on my printer and apparently that is due to cheap after market toner so am trying genuine stuff again. Mind you the fuser problem was after years of using aftermarket toners - so can't complain in terms of overall cost.
