Works OK, but terrible user interface. Trying to figure out how to scan-to-email was really hard. Using the touch-screen is clunky, slow, and confusing.

We have been using lots of Brother AIO printer for small office environment. The units have been solid, as long as you don't push more than 3-4000 pages per month. You don't have to buy expensive toner + drum units like the HP, and it has all the functionality that we are looking for.
This printer is as good as a paper weight. We have had it several years and have been able to print wirelessly on it less than a handful of times. We've downloaded drivers, reset the printer, reset our modem, etc.
This has been working fine until a couple of months the ago. Then a thick dark line appeared on every scanned page. Bought a new drum andand toner and still there, wasting a fortune when I could have bought a new one!
excellent sales and customer service - would not hesitate to recommend printerland to anyone looking for a printer to suit there needs -they certainly looked after me .... Thanks Andy in sales.
*I haven't tested the fax capabilities of this unit (why are we still using 1960's tech I wish our company would dump it. We can do it people...all at once...GO!)
Duplex Scanning
Never been a fan of printer software suites, but this is fine (Not letting my bias affect the egg score); Can't a company make a third party package that works with the drivers without giving me a bunch of stuff I don't use Who does anything but scan and print out the occasional page anymore
I'm sure there are a lot of people that know what a drum is, but there are also a lot of people who don't. I thought it meant a large 12,000 page toner cartridge. I recommend Sam's Club adds to the description a brief blurb that the drum isn't toner, it merely holds the toner.
Worth every cent I paid for it - considering it's not a massive printer it does have some speed for printing, the declared page speed isn't far off from reality which unlike with some other printers I've used before - it's like with fuel consumption in cars - it is a bit different in real life...
