Brother MFC-9970CDW
This printer has an autoduplex feature (automatic two-sided printing), but a downside is that the paper tray only holds 250 sheets, definitely not enough for a busy office. However, you can purchase a second paper tray, also holding 250 sheets.
Pros:
- Excellent text quality
- Easy-to-use system menu
- 5-inch color touch screen
Cons:
- Mediocre graphic quality
- Small paper tray capacity
- Toner issues

Terrible Printer
Purchased this printer for our business to print checks and accounting paperwork. The printer always jams when you put more than three pieces of paper in the manual feeder, the paper is not a heavy weight.

What a relief!!!
I am finally able to print quality professional type brochures at the office!!! So much quicker and easier than other different brand machines I have worked for. Speediness with quality has been a delight. No crooked printing as the paper slides in properly every time.

Great All-in-one printer
I had this printer recommended to me by someone who manages these things in busy IT departments. Taking into account the limitations of colour laserjet technology the quality is great. I bought this particular model because of the double-sided scanner facility with automatic document feed.

70lbs of features, limited control
Turns out that all of the documents scanned are stored in 1 image.pdf. No way to make each document a separate file, AND there is no way to change the name of the file. So even emailing each document one at a time results in lots of emails with the same file name. Might as well revert back to FAX.
Pros:
- 3,000 characters is not enough to describe the good and bad of this beast
- You can visit the Brother website for the many positive qualities of this machine
- There is a reason this machine has 4 manuals, each 100+ pages
- It does come with a quick setup, and one of the 4 large manuals printed.
Cons:
- I am required to submit documents to the home office
- The scan to email was a great feature, I can loose the fax line completely.
