PROS I like all it's capabilities, and they all work well. Cost was 1/2 new price as it was a refurbished. It holds 250 sheets of blank paper. It is also a color printer. It was easy to set up. CONS It is noisy when printing.

The printer is very annoying with the message of replacing drum. I have never had this much problem with a printer before! This printer quality sucks and definitely will not buy the same printer again as few parts needs to be replace and its very expensive.
It was delivered duing the holiday season right on time, couldn't ask for more.
Overall, an excellent color laser printer for the price. I use this printer for producing my photo studio brochures and other daily printing needs. SETUP: Followed the guide and it was very easy. PRINT QUALITY: Not photo quality; but, very acceptable for my marketing pieces.
This is a very good product. The quality output is excellent. The set up was a little challenging, wish it was wifi.
excellent print quality
heavy
The printer is quiet, efficient and easy to use. It is quick on large files. I am sorry I waited so long to get it. The document feeder doesn't jam or take 2 pages at a time like my other other printer did. I would definitely recommend it.
Our old HP CM1017 MFP was dying after numerous repairs. We use our printer primarily for homeschooling copying & printing, so it gets a fair amount of use. I wanted something that cost less to operate per printed page. HP is expensive!
Duplex printing; Latest Os Drivers; Scan To Network Drive
Driver Install Slow
The software install is lengthy and fails easily, but once that is taken care of, the system operates quite well. The printing is quite good, slow duplexing but tolerable and nice-looking output.
I suggest you put duck tape over the sensor before you replace a cartridge at great expense and waste. You'll know when to replace the cartridge when the print quality suffers.
This thing eats printer cartridges and shuts it self down and will not print; After purchasing $600 of printer cartridges I discovered via an internet search that the machine has bad toner sensors.
The machine shuts down and will not print without replacing the printer cartridges due to faulty sensors; You cannot remove and replace the sensors, shake the tray, reinsert and expect to continue; This thing shuts down cold even though there is no deterioration in print quality.
Won't buy from PC Nation again. Thought I was going to save some money and I didn't (my fault) paying attention to the shipping charges. Could have bought it cheaper locally!
Dependable and copies well and is easy to set up
Cartridge; belt and drum costs; they are very high
