Printer was simple to install and runs very well. I love that the printer holds a ream of paper. I have several people in my office that have used various Brother models and liked them. I am happy with this product.

Purchased about one month ago after extensive evaluation of similar printers. Initial experience meets my expectations and operates as expected. The only (confusing) issue is the way the manual feed tray works.

Bought our 6180 before Buy.com put it on sale - even a better value now. A heavy-duty workhorse, we use it for payroll checks, invoices, reports, etc, etc. Easy installation.

Worked excellent for about 6 months. Now wrinkles nearly every page on duplex. Replaced the toner and drum, still having the same issue.
