Great for PCB transferring, a bit jammy tho

Good printer. I use it for making PCBs. It has a decent amount of settings that I can use to dial in the quality of the PCBs, which turn out really well. I'm pumping out 0805 SMDs with no problem at all. A bit of this has to do with the mac print settings I think.

Great product!

I have now used the HL-4150CDN for several weeks. I'm extremely happy with the product. The color quality is outstanding and is evenly applied on the page. This printer is fast. I've used Brother printers since 1985.

Brother HL-4150CDN

Per-page print costs are reasonable, say experts and most owners. We did find repeated complaints from a minority of owners that the toner runs out incredibly fast (one Amazon.com owner solved the problem by doing a toner reset). Most report no problems, though.

Fast; Has Ethernet and a duplexer; Heavy-duty enough for small offices

So-so graphics and photos; No Wi-Fi

not bad

easy set up, seems solid, colors are a little off and not very sharp. but for my purposes will be ok. not sure if you were doing reports where colors are important. you may want to spend more $. had a HP 1600 that made better prints but it passed on. so time to replace.

Good Value; Easy to Use; Easy to Set Up

2nd Brother 4150 CDN for the Office

We purchased our 2nd 4150 for downstairs and already have one upstairs in our office. We love the fact you can add a piece of paper and tape at the side of the toner cartridges which extends the toner to almost 1000 more pages (depends what you are printing). We highly recommend this printer.

Compact Design, Durable Construction, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Fast Print Time, Low toner consumption, Reliable, Sharp tones & colors

Little On Loud Side; Toner Smell Strong

To give you an example of what to expect on a DAILY bases: Today we've printed 6 sheets of labels, 2 of them jammed! Jamming is a constant issue with this printer. We just started printing for the day, and sadly we expect more problems to occur.

Very good quality for the money

We are very pleased with this laser printer. It is used in a home office environment and has been a very pleasant shift from our extended use of ink jet printers. As another reviewer said, it is somewhat loud on warm-up, but not much louder than our ink jet units that it replaced.

This is by far the worst printer I have ever used, it is unbelievably rubbish, it takes hours to warm up, ages to print, massive delays between printing pages. Print more than ten pages and the ink smells the office out so badly it gives you an acrid taste to the mouth and sore eyes and I am...

Not for Labels

Purchased this unit because it seemed you would get better durability for the higher price and because aftermarket OEM cartridges are available from most suppliers. The main use is to print labels on laser compatible polyester label stock that we have used for years with a variety of other laser...
