It's no secret that I - and my colleagues at Ausdroid - are rather fond of Bose gear. We've reviewed plenty of it, from the first time I used a Bose Soundtouch speaker , to Phil's review of the excellent Bose QC35 noise-cancelling Bluetooth headphones , and Scott's reviews of various Bose earphones...

Bluetooth speakers, the portable ones at that, are becoming increasingly popular. Carrying them along to a pool party or a barbecue hangout or maybe just playing a soothing background in the drawing room as the family gathers around is something that we all tend to do these days.

Solid, well-built speaker
It's heavier than expected, but it feels very solid in your hand. Nice rich sound also.

I love my new speaker
I'm really loving listening to the dusties on my Bose revolve speaker. Total convenience and portability. No matter where I'm at in my room the music is clearly crisp. It took me a second to realize it was wireless (RIF)...my only complaint is that I didn't purchase the one with the handle.

Very nice package here -- sound comes out from all directions around lower half of speaker. So you can put it in the middle of a room or table and everyone gets great audio. Sound Pressure Level ("loudness"): It can crank! Only two quibbles: 1. You *can* overdrive it -- YouTube for e.g.
