This item works as it should. I can charge the case to max then charge my Sound Sport earbuds up to 4 times on a single charge. The case is limited on colors but overall, its very sturdy and the light indicators help.

Having already purchased the Bose Quiet Comfort, 35 series 2 - I felt living in London, I was almost saying "hey guys take this off my head", I never felt safe enjoying music at my leisure. The Quiet Control is well hidden.

These are incredible. The noise cancelling is second to none, and they are so lightweight and comfortable to wear - I wore them on a 14 hour flight and barely took them off. Only annoying thing is that when you jog with these, the neck brace tends to jiggle around everywhere, but that's managable.

Got this mainly for traveling to cut out background hum. I have not flown yet but will do so soon. Testing at home the results were very good at noise reduction. Very happy with the quality of the audio. I bought 2 pair.

PURCHASE THE WARRANTY BECAUSE YOU WILL NEED IT. Started using these headphones in February this year and I have to return them for the 2nd time. First time, the sound in the right ear completely stopped working and now, one side is hanging off and won't snap back in place.

Audio quality and noise cancellation are excellent - cannot fault that. On a wireless set they are superb. Problem is they are not durable. In the process of warranty replacement of second set in less than a year. Original set purchased in March.

Let me first start by saying I am a huge Bose fan. I recently had a pair of Bose Bluetooth headphones stolen so I opted for these. My old ones never ever lost a Bluetooth connection. Not the same story with these. They were continually dropping Bluetooth connections using my iPhones.

If it were one or two sets that'd be different but FIVE!! Ridiculous! Great sound great noise cancellation but DO NOT FALL IN LOVE! And Bose Customer Service.... HA!! Not great at all!! Do not waste your money!

These are nice when you are using them for music with the noise cancelling feature set to full or at least 3/4. However seems like the ambient sound are still processed when you set the cancelling function to 0.
