Never delivered it

Would love to write an actual recommendation but despite telling us it was on its way, and staying home to receive it, it was never delivered when promised, and no contact explaining what was happening or when to expect it to actually be delivered. Purchased 8/11/22, booked and expected delivery 20/11/22 with confirmation. No further correspondence or explanation until WE CALLED and were told the product was unavailable when the driver went to collect. As of 3/12/22 we still havent heard when we will be getting our dishwasher.
