Powerful while lightweight
Good for running general everyday tasks while remaining portable. It is very easy to get fingerprints onto and see it. Very fast transfer and load speeds due to the PCI-E SSD.
Asus ZenBook 3 review: A super-thin MacBook killer?
Where Apple goes, others follow. The Asus ZenBook 3 is this effect in action, taking the much-loved ZenBook design, removing most of the ports and squashing down the keyboard. Not all of the design changes work that well, but this little laptop is at least incredibly light.- Great screen
- really lightweight
- good-looking design
- Poor trackpad
- just shy of all-day battery life
- expensive
Very light and excellent processor.
I love the size and lightness. I travel greatly and this is much more portable than any laptop or tablet I have owned. I purchased this to replace a Surface Pro 3 which died after 2 years. This is meets my work needs better than the surface. With the chipset and memory it is very quick and nimble.
Review: Asus Zenbook 3 UX390 is a super-thin delight
The Zenbook 3 is the culmination of several years of development of the highly successful Zenbook series, and we have to say that it's a piece of art. When you pick this Ultrabook up, you'll be simply amazed at how thin and light Asus has managed to create a laptop – it actually feels lighter than a...
A Stunning and Powerful Prestigious Laptop
The Asus UX390UA is one of the most stunning laptops I have ever seen. It has beautifully vinyl like brushed finish on top of the aluminium casing and it has a gold finish around the edges making it look prestige and luxurious.- Fingerprint Lock
- Full HD Screen
- Good Specifications
- Good Speed
- Great Backlit Keyboard
- Gets Slightly Warm
- Lack of ports.
- Webcam is poor
false battery information
It has many good things but One of my reason I was bought this laptop was it's battery capacity. It was described as it is going to work up to 9 hour if fully charged but it's not for real. It may work 2 hour . I will be seeing it for couple of days and returning it to if not improved.
Asus ZenBook 3 UX390UA review
Undercutting Apple is one thing, but compromising on keyboard, trackpad and screen is quite another. Asus has designed a beautiful laptop, but it's not without its flaws. Here's our Asus ZenBook 3 UX390UA review
It doesn't look like what it actually is. You might fall into an initial blow by the way it looks. The Asus ZenBook 3, which resembles Apple's Macbook (2015) form factor, is actually not too different from it.
- Sleek and lightweight design
- Bold and vibrant display
- Lightning fast
- Long lasting battery life
- Novel cooling engine
- Loud and premium audio output
- Keyboard isn't very user friendly
- Build quality is suspect
- Lacks enough connection ports
The trimmest 14-inch laptop on the market at this writing, the ZenBook 3 Deluxe is a lustworthy ultraportable with good audio and display traits, as well as excellent build quality. Just be ready to live with USB Type-C wired connectivity only, or a passel of adapters.
- Beautifully slim design
- Excellent build quality
- Colorful 1080p display
- Good keyboard and touch pad
- Snappy-sounding speakers
- 10 hours of battery doesn't match competition
- Input/output limited to USB Type-C
- Webcam needs an upgrade
- No touch screen
- Can get toasty under load
ASUS Zenbook 3 Ex-Demo UX390UA-GS085T Premium Ultrabook in Rose Gold Colour 12.5" FullHD Intel i5-7200U 8GB 512GB SSD NO-DVD Win10Home 64bit 1yr warranty - Thin & light, less than 1kg
I bought this for my partner at her request. While it is really light, and the screen is excellent there are 2 related drawbacks so big that it's barely getting used : The only USB port is a USB-C port used for charging.
