Broke after 3 months of light use

Developed vertical lines in the monitor and a flicker. Confirmed over two different source PCs and interfaces - HDMI and displayport. No advanced replacement available via Asus. No reimbursement for the packaging required to return it. You are not allowed to use the original packaging either.

Epic, game changer for games!

Love this, it was a massive outlay but I have no regrets, I was between this and 4k, read lots of reviews and went for this in the end, so glad I did.

Good monitor, poor panel

It seems to be a bit of a lottery as to how much light bleed your panel has. Mine was unacceptable to me and Asus confirmed (via a picture) that it was faulty. It was returned and refunded without too much fuss, but I didn't reorder, as I didn't want to risk the same thing happening again.

Asus ROG Swift PG348Q

The PG348Q laid out a solid set of benchmark results at factory settings. Its 285-nit brightness level is ample, and the black level of 0.27 is reasonable too. Those figures combine for a contrast ratio of 1,055:1 – another good result that ensures punchy colours at the top end of the scale and...

Great image quality; Outlandish; versatile design; Nvidia G-Sync; Huge size and resolution

Expensive; Cheaper rivals have the edge on quality; Awkward to build and set up

Asus ROG Swift PG348Q Review

Joining Acer, LG, and BenQ, Asus has released a massive curved-screen gaming monitor designed for serious gamers. The 34-inch ROG Swift PG348Q ($1,299) is a cool-looking In-Plane Switching (IPS) display that delivers outstanding gaming performance, accurate colors, and a sharp UWQHD (3,440-by-1,440) picture. Its performance is on par with our Editor's Choice for big-screen, ultra-wide gaming monitors, the 34-inch Acer Predator X34 ($1,599.00 at Amazon) , but its 2-watt speakers are way underpowered for a display of this size. Design and Features With its lightly textured gray cabinet, copper accents, slick, bezel-free design, and built-in lighting effects, there's little doubt that the PG348Q($1,159.00 at Amazon) is built for gaming. The 34-inch IPS panel has a native resolution of 3,400 by 1,440, a 5-millisecond (gray-to-gray) pixel response, a 21:9 aspect ratio, and peak brightness of 300 cd/m2. As with the Acer Predator X34, the PG348Q features a 3,800R curvature radius that m...
