Apple AirPods with Charging Case
Apple Airpods is a pair of wireless earphones that works together with other Apple devices like the iPhone. The Airpods are very lightweight and weigh only 8 g. The accompanying case where you store the earphones weight 38 g.
Apple surprised the tech community during the launch of iPhone 7. The company controversially ditched the earphone jack and announced that the new phone instead pair with a wireless Airpods. The pairing is accomplished with the Bluetooth W1 chipset that automatically connects to devices running iOS 10, MacOS Sierra and WatchOS 3.
A newer model Apple AirPods 2 was released in April 2019.

The Apple AirPods 2nd Gen are very good for sports. Their one-size-fits-all design is fairly comfortable, but it isn’t the most stable for everyone. The Apple AirPods feel like a big step for wireless in-ear audio—but it's more about innovations and features and less about audio performance. The Apple AirPods haven't had the smoothest rollout. Finally available at year's end, the $159 wire-free earphones now have plenty of competition. But where some competing models, like the Bragi Dash ( at Amazon) , are loaded with swipe and gesture controls, the AirPods simply use your voice and Siri—neither of which prove to be an ideal solution. From an audio standpoint, the AirPods offer decent bass response and crisp, clear highs, but would greatly benefit from creating an in-canal seal like most earphones do. Instead, you hear the outside world and get less low end than you might otherwise. But for the price, you're paying for a new technology, not top-of-the-line audio performance. Every product line needs a first generation, and while the AirPods don't feel like they're in beta, some simple improvements can greatly enhance the next iteration. I bought these for my wife so she could cancel out my loud music. It worked! And she loves them. Just to be fair, I did try them out and was impressed with the sound quality. Surprised you can get so much out of something so small.- Comfortable
