The significant overscan, (which admittedly *could* be my computer, but since I have no overscan on 5 other monitors I've connected it to, I'm likely to lay the blame on the monitor), really isn't a problem compared to the nearly complete lack of contrast in the monitor.

viewing angle's are not the best but hey it's cheap and works nice

My wife needs multiple monitors for her business. We tried several brands including Asus and found the Acer to have the best colours, contrast and build quality. We sent the others back but kept these monitors. Good quality at a great price. Highly Recommended.

The monitor has three different types of connections: VGA, HDMI, and DVI. What is really great is they include each time of cable so you can hook up your monitor without having to run out and buy cables.

I have another Acer monitor that has better color temperature, at least the white appears to be white. This monitor's color temperature cannot be adjusted and the white appears yellowish, apparently Acer did not try to tune the white point of this monitor or add color temperature adjustment...

only thing that bummed me out was the qty limit. I've purchased over 12 of these monitors over the last year for staff and now I could only purchase two at a time plus the shipping fee. head over to their competitor with a prime membership and order up to 4 at a time no shipping fee.

This was a replacement for a 2011 era Samsung 1080p monitor that had broken. This was the cheapest replacement I could find. Even compared to the Samsung's TN panel, the colors are washed out and the viewing angles are VERY poor.

I did not notice that this did not have an audio port. If you want sound , you can use an external speaker plug into the mini plug on your computer. The monitor otherwise is easy to setup and great for displaying pc games.

It's really hard to find a bad review about this monitor online. Screen quality and colour are fantastic, no need to adjust it if you don't want to. Mounting the stand is simple and is really sturdy as well. Over all a really good monitor for under $200
