the camera is great..
bought this thing as temp replacement for dead laptop...... the camera is great... seems to take better pics than most NEWER cellphones an it has a bright flash!! hadnt had any slowdown or lag from it either an the speakers are quality an not overbearingly high pitched loud..... ...

Great little tablet for a good price
Got this item because I thought they would sell out I'm not sure why it has not sold out yet, I've played around with some of the higher end Android tablet's and I have to say that acer puts out some of the best Android tablets.

Acer ICONIA Tab A100
bought this Acer ICONIA Tab A100 for my 3 years old son. He love it and play with it everyday. The tablet looks like new, everything work, except the battery drain pretty fast, with full charge it last about approximately 4 hours. But not bad for the price that I paid.

No problems in a year of ownership
Bought this tablet November 2011. Still use it on a daily basis. Performs nice, smooth screen, camera works great for skype. A Great feature on this tablet is that IT HAS A MICRO HDMI OUT! Whenever we go on vacation we download a few movies from the paystore.

my daugher can learn lots of different things constantly learning its a great buy she loves it so much, its good size too

Excellent Tablet
Battery life seems good. I have not had any wifi problems as others have reported. I have a Uverse router. I paid $189 on black Friday online from another big box Co. Would have bought it on Newegg if the price was closer.
Pros:
- Excellent screen resolution, powerful, full market access, HDMI out, handles streaming netflix video with ease, games are smooth no hesitation
- Very little bloat ware
- Bluetooth connects with ease to desk top and LG phone
- HDMI out connects instantly to my Sharp Aquas LCD with good quality.
Cons:
- None so far

Acer ICONIA TAB A100 7" 8 GB Tablet Computer - Wi-Fi - NVIDIA Tegra 2
This tablet is everything you expect from a tablet that is top of its price range. However beware. The tablet i received only had half a gig of ram, not the full gig advertised. I am not returning it as I am Ok with 512megs, need a tablet, and got a great deal.

Great value, mid to high end tablet at a reasonable price!
For the price you can't beat this, super fast boot time, and although Windows 8 still has some kinks to work out the tablet itself is awesome, recommend for anyone looking for a speedy tablet for business or recreational use.

Acer ICONIA TAB A100 is a Wi-Fi only version of the ICONIA TAB A101. Specs wise, it comes with the same 7-inch touchscreen, dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 5-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front camera, HDMI port, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 8GB of built-in storage and a memory card slot.
Pros:
- Verizon 4G LTE network is incredibly fast
- 32GB microSD card included
- Integrated kickstand works in portrait and landscape
Cons:
- Battery life is among the worst weve ever seen
- No 4G LTE power toggle option
- Kickstand in landscape orientation blocks microUSB port
