Western Digital has released a 9.5 mm version of its Scorpio Blue 1 TB hard disk. We tested it to find out how it performs.

I ordered a new 1Tb hard drive for my laptop. Crucial sent me a tracking number with my order confirmation. The HD arrived very quickly and was in great packaging to protect the product. I'll probably order from Crucial again.

I bought two, one to replace the hard drive of my GoFlex which died after only 8 months and the second one I put in a USB enclosure as a portable back-up drive. They still works well after two months, will they last on the long run?

I have had this in my laptop for 3 months now and haven't had a problem with it. It is very quiet and works without problems. It is a bit thicker than my old hard drive and so is a squeeze to fit into my laptop and I have had to ditch the caddy and use electrical tape to keep it in place to do so.

I was looking to upgrade the hardrive in my PS3 and found this hardrive. I couldn't belive that a 1TB hardrive was able to fit but it did and now I have over 950 GB space. Couldn't be more happier.

Have it for 2 years now bought from new egg, its bang for the buck, yes its silent because it has one platter only, thats why read/write head noise is very silent, also its fast, windows 8 boot up to dektop time - 8-12ms similar to an cheaper ssd's.Really worth buying.

Purchased this to replace factory hard drive in PS3. Took a few minutes to install, and I had a huge amount of space for game downloads, etc. Since PS4 is around the corner, and I don't know how long the PS3 will be supported, it's nice to know that I can always keep my purchases on the hard drive...

Had to find my recovery disks to initialize hard drive but for an older laptop, this disk is perfect. Am very pleased now that I have it up and running. Patience is the keyword.
