It is surreal how fast time flies. It's nearly a year since I bought a new PC to play The Witcher 2 on full settings. I personally felt that The Witcher 2 was robbed from winning the best RPG of 2011.
I recently heaped praise upon Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning for the accessible and unintrusive player experience it offers. I am about to heap an equal amount of praise upon The Witcher 2 that may seem at odds with my love of how Reckoning was presented.
The Witcher 2 has finally arrived on the Xbox 360, meaning that now console gamers can experience the epic RPG that released last year for the PC. I first noticed this game while it was a PC exclusive. The graphics and art direction looked incredible, the story seemed in depth and compelling, and the focus and intracacies of its RPG elements were very interesting. At the time I was severely disappointed to see that it was PC only.
Graphics are incredible; engrossing story; indepth RPG elements; Triss Merigold
Combat a little tricky; need to pay close attention to the story
This game had a lot of hype as being better then the bioware games such as Dragon Age and Mass Effect. After the disappointment of Dragon Age 2 I thought I would give it ago. It might be better than Dragon Age 2, however it is not in the same league as Dragon Age Origins or Baldurs Gate.
huge fan of the series remember playing this a few years back before the witcher 3 and I enjoyed it very much :) also like to add the witcher series is one of my favourite series of games hope they make more :) not as long as the witcher 3 but still enjoyable with a solid story and plenty of quests...
