Good product, bad shipping organisation.

The sigma lense is exactly how I expected it, which is great. The zoom is very good, and it comes with a lens hood which I wasn't expecting, so an added bonus. The product I got was clean, well packaged and devoid of any nicks or scratches.

For just over $200 this is a must have lens in any photographer's kit. The optics are excellent for such a cheap lens and the macro function is a nice bonus.

I bought this lens in the pentax k mount for my K10D. I have to say that for the most part I'm mostly disappointed with the autofocus of this lens which tends to hunt in all but the brightest conditions.

the price, f4 at 70mm makes for a useful portrait lens

poor image quality after 200mm. auto-focus very disappointing
