Superb quality pictures. Birthday present for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Still trying out the various settings and functions to find the most efficient way of using it but that doesn't matter - it works flawlessly (and automatically) straight out of the box.

Did not produce the kind of quality I expected from my dSLR. Based on the review, I expected this to work similarly to a mirrorless but it doesn't quite go that far.

I love the look and feel of the camera and that the ring at the front can be used for different functions. It is easy to use and very similar in operation to the other Panasonic cameras I have and still do own e.g DMC-FZ72. The only problem for me is that the viewfinder is very small.

It's smaller than I expected (I have arthritis so this may be a problem) but it looks capable of doing incredible things -- so many more functions than my old camera. This will definitely require reading the entire instruction book cover to cover. Looking forward to wonderful pictures.

This is my second Panasonic Lumix with this TZ70 replacing a TZ55 that I discovered didn't bounce! The camera has a quality Leica lense and the functions are all similar to my earlier model. Photography seems quicker with this model and the quality of photograph is excellent.

While its small sensor and aperture range limit the types of photos you can take, this camera's focus is clearly on the impressive zoom lens that enables you to shoot tight portraits. Features such as Wi-Fi and manual controls give it good versatility.

All in all, the ZS50 is a fun alternative to using your phone. It's portable, packs a whopping 30x zoom, and the controls are balanced enough to be comfortable for new users and enthusiasts alike.
