Love this case. Top plate was cracked during shipping and NZXT sent me a brand new one free of charge. Excellent customer service. Also, the case itself is great with lots of room for cable management. The controllable lighting is perfect.

this case has one of the slickest design in the market. the ventilation is also very good.

Here we are again with another Phantom release, it bring back memories of the original Phantom and even a crazy weekend at i40 when we did the first official public airing of that original phantom and even gave two lucky people a complete system rebuild live at the show before the cases had even...

Bought this to replace my ageing old Phantom NZXT. Now plenty have gone about the features, I wont here since you can check up more reviews that have been done. I'll just say this case is excellent, massive, has awesome features and to be honest, it's a decent price if you like the style too.

I have owned the NZXT Phantom Enthusiast previous to this one and liked it but wanted to upgrade as I liked the look of the 820 along with its features. This case suited my needs as its slightly bigger than the Phantom Enthusiast so with the 140mm fans included over the 120mm fans previous case it...

When it comes to designing new products, NZXT doesn't take half measures and there's no better example of this than the new Phantom 820. After undergoing top secret development for the better part of two years this full tower case is supposed to be perfectly suited for enthusiast customers.

It's rare for a case to stand out these days, as the case market is littered with average performers, but the Phantom 820 stood out in many ways. The case has almost every feature you could ask of it, and more importantly they're implemented in sensible ways rather than just thrown in to bulk out...

I got this for a Christmas gift about a month early - my girlfriend didn't know that it ships in the retail packaging. I sat and waited a month before getting to open it, and then another month before I had the time to transfer my system.

Seems to be almost the same width and depth as the original NZXT Phantom, which I upgraded from; This however, is much taller; Better quality rubber on the cable routing grommets than the original Phantom, and more spaces for routing cables.

Very, very tightly constructed; The side panels are very snug to get off and have to be pushed in more considerably; After reading the manual, I took off the front panel for the FIRST TIME and a plastic connector broke; The same thing happened to the top.
