I've used several other brand coffee machines over the years - this one is rubbish. you can't fit a normal cup under the group head, the coffee isn't hot, the coffee has no crema, when you want to empty the group head of the coffee grinds it fulls out. I paid NZ$250 for it, it not worth $150!

I am afraid, after much searching, a poor outcome. Perhaps, one of the compelling oros of Nespresso is that you can try it first. I was not given the chance in this case and, ok, I bought the item, but it is not going to happen again.

see above! No water flow, coffee holder, filter not moveable, did not fit into socket, absolutely unacceptable, not quality control!?

water leaking progressively gets worse and leaks through the switches

I bought this for myself for Christmas, loved the color and the name behind the product and it was on sale, figured, can't go wrong. Wrong... followed the instructions for 3 tries, different days, the coffee is never hot enough. My tap water is hotter.

We've had 4 or 5 De'Longhi expresso machines over the years. All previous ones have been very good. This De'Longhi machine rattles/vibrates a lot due to some form of a faulty design.

Could fit bigger cups; however is you take out the metal drain cover you can fits mugs

This item ships very quickly and arrives just as fast. The packaging was adequate and everything was great about the delivery. For me, this machine does not heat the coffee to a hot temperature. If you drink luke warm to cool coffee, this machine is great.

Very happy with the unit - it took some experimenting to get the full flavor from the coffee - needed more tamping then our previous machine. Milk frother is very good. Heats up fast enough. Easy enough to clean. Not as noisy as the previous machine (Sunbeam).
