Brother has refreshed its small and home office range of inkjets, and the DCP-J4120DW is the cheapest of the bunch. It's officially ￡119 plus VAT (around $180 or AUS$226), but we've seen it on sale in a range of reputable outlets for ￡78 before tax (around $118 or AUS$148).

Brother's DCP-J4120DW is an A4 inkjet multifunction peripheral (MFP) offering A3 printing, which could make it ideal for those without room for a full A3 printer but the need to print the occasional A3 page.

As part of its new range of inkjet printer models, Brother has released the DCP-J4120DW. This particular model is an All-in-One device that includes A3 print capability and automatic 2-sided printing along with its basic print, scan and copy functionality.

I found this particular model from some independent online reviews which described it as great value for money. I don't print a lot of pictures from home and was simply looking for a product that would print quickly, double sided and with scan and copy functions.

We do a ton of printing and have used several brands over the years. This has got to be one of the worst printers I've used. The feeding mechanism is counter intuitive (to print an A4 sheet in a normal portait orientation you have to lay it down sideways as a landscape) and jams as often as it feeds...

The Brother DCP-J4120DW printer was very easy to set up and use. It is a good quality printer and the prints turn out well. The printer is wireless which is very convenient, and it is suitable for family use.

I needed to buy a printer for my work at home i was looking around and was not sure on which printer to buy whether its a Hp, Epson or Toshiba.I went to Currys Pc world and looked at the test print quality and specs of this printer and then loved it.
