This does not give out enough moisture to make the moping worthwhile. I use it in small areas, but pre-spray them. I just saw a commercial that iRobot has produced a new mop device that sprays in front of its path. I'm looking into that, and considering sending this one back!

I love my new mopping robot (going to name 'her'). She does the job without me having to bend (which is the reason I purchased due to back injury and partial mobility).

I bought this for my elderly mother so she doesn't have to go mop the floors every other day and end up in bed for the next day. Satisfied. Light cleaning. Takes a long time.

iRobot sweeps up a lot of daily grit, pet hair included BUT it doesn't do an excellent job of my floor. I will still have to go around with the vacuum at least weekly. It gets stuck under some furniture which then requires rescuing. I should have gone for a vacuum robot....

Does a decent clean. Downside - takes a really,really long time.

We have cork tiles right through the house, so help with mopping is much appreciated, especially by a creaky senior. Having vacuumed the living room floor with our trusty roomba - we've had one for many, many years - we set the Braava to work and it did a very nice job. The mopping cloth must be dampened first and then it's kept damp from the water dispenser. It took a long time but hey, I didn't have to bend over the mop and lug a bucket of water around, and it can get under the beds much easier than I can. It's a small unit and stands on it's side to charge and store, so takes up little floor space.
