Bought this phone a couple of months ago. And i absolutely don't regret it. The build quality, looks and perfomace is perfect. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMEND THE MAX BECUASE YOU CANNOT SAY NO TO A 6.5 INCH OLED
If the iPhone XS is described as Apple's flagship iPhone, how do you describe the XS Max? You could say this is a flagship iPhone that takes it to the max. it's big and beautiful!
There's something cinematic about the screen of the XS Max. It's the biggest ever on an iPhone - 6.5 inches and resolution of 2688 x 1242 px. With this sort of screen, the XS Max promises an awesome experience when watching a movie, or gaming.
Gaming and movie watching on a big screen might be one thing, but you need power and performance to make these activities smooth and seamless. Thanks to the A12 Bionic chip and Neural Engine, the entertainment flows in lag-free fashion, with graphics performance improved by 50% on its already impressive predecessor.
The XS Max rounds out this entertainment experience with louder speakers and stereo capabilities; a welcome feature for gamers and movie watchers alike.
The dual-camera system, incorporating Smart HDR and 4K video recording, is making nearly as many waves as that awesome screen. Apple says this is the dawn of a new era of photography, certainly as far as phone cameras are concerned.
While the screen and cameras capture most of the attention, the XS Max is also big on features and functionality in every respect. Things like Face ID, Super Retina OLED display, fast & wireless charging, a great range of built-in apps, and everything else you could want in an iPhone, put the XS Max firmly in flagship territory. There's more to this iPhone than that big and beautiful screen!

I've always loved apple products so this being the most recent was the natural choice for me; I love everything about this phone it's so easy to use
My only minor complaint is that to purchase items from the app store you have to press the power button twice or of you want to lock the phone by pressing the power button because the volume buttons are exactly opposite you end up accidentally taking lots of scream shots
Perfect replacement for my tired 7 plus I was really happy with. No revolutionary difference, one recognizes himself, but still it is clear that one refines the right things. The screen is the most obvious. In zoom mode, the cinemascope fills the entire surface.
Nothing I do not like here. The larger sizes have always been my preference. I did have some issues after bonding with Apple Watch. Sounds and some of Notifications were not functioning correctly. After I erased all setting and content and rebuilt entirely from scratch, it worked correct again.
On a recent trip to Japan, I visited the mountain resort town of Karuizawa, about an hour’s train journey from Tokyo. One of the most scenic spot in this small resort is the Kumobaike Pond.
Having been the proud new owner of the iPhone XS Max for a few days, I’ve gotten a feel for the device. Here’s a compressed iPhone XS Max review. Everything is very fast and responsive. Apps spring right open. Photos scroll without delay. Maps render without a hiccup.
I′m coming from the X, Note 9 and 8 Plus... but the Xs Max its on other level... this screen is awesome... the form factor its on the right spot. Unfortunately the iOS lacks a real utility with screen that size, like picture in picture or split screen for using more apps at once.
Screen real state; great colors and brightness; Blazing fast; Constant performance; Great impovement on bokeh effect with real time preview; Improved sound output; Face ID a litte bit faster; Great overall design; Great battery
A such huge display but no PiP or Split View; A huge square in the middle of the screen on volume change (iOS problem; Too heavy for me
There are three new iPhones in 2018, in three different sizes and prices. The iPhone XR is the more affordable and has the best battery-life of the new iPhones. The iPhone XS is the smallest, and the sleekest. But the iPhone XS Max is the showboat.
The supersize iPhone XS Max crams a 6.5-inch screen and all of the same great features of the iPhone XS into a Plus-size body -- but it's not as huge a leap up as you might think.
The iPhone XS Max has a big, brilliant display and a little more battery life than the XS; It benefits from the improvements that the XS also has: faster speeds, some durability and water resistance improvements, better camera and dual-SIM support.
It's so, so, so expensive; If the iPhone Plus models were too big for your hands, this one will be, too.
