iPhone XS 64GB
Simply put, the XS is the most advanced Apple iPhone ever made!
The Bionic Phone
Apple calls the A12 Bionic, the chip used in the XS, "the most powerful chip in a smartphone". Meanwhile, the Neural Engine uses real-time machine learning to transform the way you experience photos, gaming, augmented reality and more. The two performance cores operate up to 15% faster while the four efficiency ones use up to 50% less power. As for graphics performance: it's up to 50% faster. What does all this tell you? That the XS operates at a far higher level than we've ever seen.
Seeing is disbelieving
The custom-engineered Super Retina OLED display is unbelievably stunning. OLED panels deliver the industry’s best colour accuracy, alongside true blacks and brightness and contrast that reaches new heights. Expect the sharpest displays with the highest pixel density on any Apple device.
A camera breakthrough
Apple is excited about Smart HDR which merges different technologies including faster sensors, an enhanced ISP and advanced algorithms, and the power of A12 Bionic and the Neural Engine. This means vastly superior shots in all settings and for all requirements: selfies, portraits, action shots, landscapes and more are captured in spectacular ways. Smart HDR shoots a 4-frame buffer in between each image, and also captures secondary images at different exposures. All these are combined to create the perfect image.
Brilliantly simple
Great phones should be easy to use and the XS fits the bill. The glass back allows for wireless and fast charging, while Face ID not only offers quick access to whatever you need but also uses advanced machine learning to recognise changes in your appearance.
A newer model iPhone 11 Pro 64GB was released in September 2019.

Apple iPhone XS review: Astonishment at a price
At the end of the day, this is Apple’s best and most-expensive iPhone yet. Take it or leave it. It might be pronounced “Ten-Ess”, but it's hard not to talk about - or even think about - the new iPhone XS and not think excess.- Incredible design
- Snappy performance

iPhone XS review
Is the iPhone XS the most boring iPhone of 2018? Or 2019? It’s clearly overshadowed by the massive, 6.5-inch iPhone XS Max, and the fresh design of the more affordable iPhone XR. But so what? In many ways, the iPhone XS is our favorite. This smartphone a perfectly sized screen that’s usable with one hand, on top of meaningful performance and camera upgrades … all of which makes it the best iPhone yet. The iPhone XS is almost indistinguishable from an iPhone X. We say nearly, because there are a few tells. If it’s in gold, then it’s the iPhone XS. The new color adds an elegant shine to the edges of the phone, though the rear looks paler — almost pinkish. The back can also slightly change color in different lighting, which is a nice touch. At the very bottom, you’ll notice Apple has cut the number of holes on the left edge of the phone from six to three. Why? There’s now an antenna band on the bottom taking that space, which is a part of the new 4×4 MIMO (multiple in multiple out) framew...- Gorgeous OLED screen
- Day-long battery life
- Smart HDR is impressive
- Perfect size, beautiful design and build
- Smooth performance
- Missing fast-charging cable, charger, headphone dongle
- Expensive

Apple iPhone XS Review (Review Apple iPhone XS)
The Apple iPhone XS is a significant step forward for iPhones, but most iPhone buyers will probably prefer the XR or the XS Max.- Excellent camera., Powerful processor., Fast networking., First mainstream dual-SIM phone in the US.
- Expensive for the size and feature set.
iPhone XS and XS Max Review: Expected iteration
iPhone ‘S' release years have always had an air of controversy to them. They're viewed by most as a stop-gap measure until the next true upgrade, despite sometimes selling better than numbered releases.- Display is stunning
- Processor bump is substantial
- Still a sleek-looking smartphone
- Design is similar to last year's iPhone X
- Expensive
- especially in Canada
- iPhone XR might be the better option for most people
It is that year when the new iPhone is distinguished from its predecessor by an initial – and in keeping with past tradition, that initial is an S. And just like many in the past that came with the "S tag" in their names (4S, 5S, 6s), the new iPhone XS is more about performance enhancements than...
- Premium design
- Faster
- very smooth performance
- Improved speakers and sound
- Superb cameras
- Slightly buggy software
- Looks exactly like the X
- Battery better but not comparable to the competition
- The price
Apple iPhone XS
Apple's latest iPhones are now available . Or, at least two of them are. The iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max are here, but we're still waiting on the iPhone XR , a lower-priced version coming later in October. That's right: Apple's split the iPhone X lineup this year into three offerings .- The iPhone XS has a markedly improved dual camera, delivering better photos than the iPhone X in both dark and high-contrast environments
- It has a faster processor, faster face ID, adds dual SIM support and it's now available in gold and 512GB versions
- Its battery life is the shortest of the three new iPhones and only incrementally better than last year's
- Despite its still-rich price tag, key extras such as increased storage, USB-C fast chargers and headphone dongles will have you spending even more
