Apple iPhone SE 2020 (128GB, Black) - Pristine review
It’s worth keeping in mind that the 2020 iPhone SE is not an iPhone 11. There is indeed a lot in common on the inside, but it’s not the same. But it doesn’t need to be, either. The new iPhone is a look back at something familiar from the good old days of the iPhone, and it’s one that will work quite...- Feels great in the hands, A "normal" sized phone, The chip and performance of the iPhone 11, Pretty solid camera, Supports Apple Pay, Water resistant, Wireless charging, TrueTone screen, Great price
- Camera isn't as strong as iPhone 11 at night, Battery life isn't great
Apple iPhone SE 2020 (128GB, White) - Excellent review
Value may be subjective, but it’s hard to argue that the new iPhone SE doesn’t shake up what’s reasonable to expect from a smartphone in 2020. Apple’s most affordable phone is recycling refined to art, a blend of old and new with a barely-believable $400 price tag.- Aggressive pricing, Latest processor and Apple's track-record of updating iOS, Premium metal & glass construction
- Single camera is solid but lacks features like Night Mode, Display is small compared to other phones, Budget for a better charger
Apple's iPhone SE Proves You Don’t Need a Fancy Phone
Apple's new low-cost handset proves you can own a great phone without spending a small fortune.- A brand-new iPhone, with Apple’s fastest smartphone chip, for a price that starts at $400. Camera isn’t comparable to flagship phone cameras, but is still extremely capable. Supports fast LTE and Wi-Fi 6. The Home button makes a comeback! Wireless charging is a nice touch.
- Relatively short battery life. Camera underperforms in certain settings. Weak speakers. Not 5G-ready. Not quite as durable as other newer iPhones. After months of using a larger phone, a 4.7-inch display feels small.
Apple iPhone SE 2020 (128GB, White) - Excellent review
The new Apple iPhone SE is indeed one of the most compact smartphones not only within the iPhone ranks but among the Android phones as well. It is thin and lightweight, yet powerful and dependable, with great speakers and a high-quality screen, and impresses with camera performance even if it misses...- Compact and lightweight, water-resistant., Bright and high-contrast screen., Outstanding performance from the A13 chip., Loud stereo speakers., Touch ID is back and we love it., Excellent daylight photos and good low-light ones., Very good video recording capabilities with proficient stabilization.
Apple iPhone SE 2020 (128GB, White) - Excellent review

Apple iPhone SE 2020 (128GB, White) - Excellent review
Apple iPhone SE (2020): The iPhone SE gets an upgrade at last and it’s now as powerful as the iPhone 11- Compact and lightweight, As fast as an iPhone 11, Impressive single camera
- Small screen, Only one camera, Poor battery life
Apple iPhone SE 2020 (128GB, White) - Excellent review
This is the phone to get if you just want a iPhone that will last you a few years, but don’t want to pay a lot for it. It might not be the newest model any more but the iPhone SE 2020 offers ‘decent but not top-end’ performance: a good camera, enough power, a great App Store to plunder and a lighter...- Lightweight frame, Low price for iPhone, Powerful chipset
- Battery life could be better, Old screen technology, No headphone jack
Apple iPhone SE 2020 (128GB, White) - Excellent review
The iPhone SE 2020 is the best cheap smartphone for most people – its camera, build quality and speed all match more expensive phones. Its smaller screen will also please those who feel left behind by ever-larger devices.- Premium build, Excellent processor, Very impressive camera, Great value, Waterproof
- Average battery life, No haptic touch on lock screen, No Night Mode in camera
Apple iPhone SE 2020 (128GB, White) - Excellent review
An upgraded classic. With the second generation of the iPhone SE, Apple has visually recreated the iPhone 8. While this has resulted in a - for current standards - relatively compact smartphone with a few high-end features, the screen-to-body ratio is fairly poor.- bright, color-accurate display, snappy SoC, supports Wi-Fi 6 and a wide range of LTE frequencies, IP67 certification, wireless charging, lightweight and slim, good locating capabilities
- weak power adapter, non-expandable storage, poor screen-to-body ratio, only a single-camera, mediocre call quality, only 12 months of warranty
