iPhone SE Review: Big on Value
Assuming you want a smaller screen, the iPhone SE is ounce-for-ounce one of the best bargains in tech. At $399, this is the most affordable iPhone ever, and yet it doesn't look, feel or perform like a cheap phone.
Pros:
- Powerful A9 processor
- Compact design
- Excellent back camera with Live Photo support
- Strong battery life
Cons:
- Front camera not that sharp
- Low-res display
- Lacks 3D Touch

Apple iPhone SE
If you want a powerful small smartphone, the iPhone SE is by far your best choice. It is both smaller and faster than its viable Android competitors, the 4.7-inch Alcatel One Touch Idol 3 4.7 and the 5-inch HTC One A9 .
Pros:
- Fast
- Very good battery life
- Easy to use with a single hand
Cons:
- Low-res front-facing camera
- Lacks the latest Wi-Fi capabilities

Update : We're still waiting for the iPhone SE 2 to come and usurp the SE, but it's not all over for this handset as Apple's just confirmed it will get an upgrade to iOS 11 later this year. Why should you care about the iPhone SE?

Touch issue
I have experienced that buying an i phone online has problems. i do not know what is wrong but the touch and sensor behaves differently . Might be they sell the ones replaced by store . One more not so good experience.

Very glitchy phone after 6 weeks from purchase!
This phone did everything I needed it to do for the first 6 weeks of use. Then all the sudden it just became so glitchy that now I can't even use it. I have tried turning it off and back on several times all to no avail. Now I'm stuck with it as the warranty is only for a month...what a waste.

The 16:9 display works well for watching video and, speaking of that, it’s great to view a screen without a notch.

Value may be subjective, but it’s hard to argue that the new iPhone SE doesn’t shake up what’s reasonable to expect from a smartphone in 2020. Apple’s most affordable phone is recycling refined to art, a blend of old and new with a barely-believable $400 price tag.

- Aggressive pricing
- Latest processor and Apple's track-record of updating iOS
- Premium metal & glass construction
Cons:
- Single camera is solid but lacks features like Night Mode
- Display is small compared to other phones
- Budget for a better charger

The iPhone SE 2020 is the best cheap smartphone for most people – its camera, build quality and speed all match more expensive phones. Its smaller screen will also please those who feel left behind by ever-larger devices.

- Average battery life
- No haptic touch on lock screen
- No Night Mode in camera

Apple iPhone SE 1st gen (128GB, Gold) - Grade (Excellent) review
We love the iPhone SE. It’s affordable, sensibly specced, and does almost everything most people need a smartphone for. The only things that really count against it are its slightly retro styling and limited battery life. It’s fairly future-proof too.
Pros:
- A great value iPhone experience, Surprisingly powerful, Takes decent photos...
Cons:
- ...but lacks a proper Night Mode, Looks a little too retro, It'

It's a tiny powerhouse of a smartphone
Pros:
- A13 Bionic processor is extremely powerful
- Camera improvements over the iPhone SE (2016) and iPhone 8 are significant
- $599 price tag is great
Cons:
- Looks exactly like the iPhone 8
- No Night mode
- Comparable Android smartphones are much better in some ways
