Apple iPhone 6 and 6 Plus review
Should you get the Apple iPhone 6? And which version?
Review: Apple iPhone 6
In the iPhone 5 review, I remember writing that, "As Android manufacturers continue to flood the market with absurdly large phones, it's good to see Apple Think Different." Not any more though, as Apple has changed. It's no more a company under Steve Job's leadership, that did things differently.- Great user experience
- Premium metal body
- Sleek design
- Excellent sound output
- very good camera
- Long battery life
- Excellent for gaming
- Rich App Store
- Lacks mass storage mode
- Supports few video formats
- Lacklustre maps
- Lacks FM Radio
- Reachability feature is stupid
GREAT PHONE!!
This product is a great upgrade from my iPhone 4. There have been many commercials comparing the Samsung S5 and the iPhone 6. There are both really good phone. And they are both THE EXACT SAME PHONE!! Apple is just more user friendly.- Fast
- Larger screen
- lte network
- Siri
- Siri Doesn't Know All
Apple iPhone 6 (16GB) review: Bigger, faster, better
Summary: The 4.7-inch iPhone 6 and iOS 8 offer enough new functionality to entice existing iPhone owners to invest in an upgrade, and there's plenty to attract converts to the iPhone ecosystem too.- Elegant slimline chassis with 4.7-inch screen
- Solid build quality
- Performance boost over iPhone 5s
- Fast autofocus on iSight camera
- Good new features in iOS 8
- Battery life may not be enough for power users
- No optical image stabilisation on iSight camera
- No NFC-enabled Apple Pay support outside the US
Apple iPhone 6 (128GB, Silver) AU - Excellent review

Apple iPhone 6 (16GB) review: Bigger, faster, better
Apple's 2014 iPhones have made a predictable dent in both the media and the high-end smartphone market , with the 'upsizing' of the handsets and the simultaneous release of iOS 8 grabbing much attention.- Elegant slimline chassis with 4.7-inch screen
- Solid build quality
- Performance boost over iPhone 5s
- Fast autofocus on iSight camera
- Good new features in iOS 8
- Battery life may not be enough for power users
- No optical image stabilisation on iSight camera

iPhone 6 Plus review - bigger is better
It's fair to say that the iPhone 6 Plus is something completely different from Apple, and something that the company wouldn't even have attempted a year ago. The real question comes donw to whether or not you think that the company has gone too far and the handset is too large.
Apple iPhone 6 (128GB, Silver) AU - Excellent review
- Sleek, lightweight design, Crisp Retina display, Fast A8 processor, Sharp iSight camera
- Below-average battery life, Minor camera software issues, Screen not full HD
Apple iPhone 6 review: excellence exemplified
The folks in Cupertino have brought the iPhone into 2014 in typical Apple fashion: by implementing deceptively simple upgrades with admirable finesse. The new iPhone is more than just a bundle of software refinements mated to a larger display; it's a near-perfect blend of new ideas and proven, honed...- Outstanding build quality and feel in hand
- iOS more adaptable and capable than ever before
- Solid acoustic experience from earpods to loudspeaker
- iPhone app/accessory ecosystem still the strongest of all platforms
- The iPhone 6 is available, directly from Apple, in Silver, Gold, and Space Gray trims and capacities of 16GB ($649), 64GB ($749) or 128GB ($849). This being Apple, there's no MicroSD expansion
- the capacity you buy is what you're stuck with for the duration of your time with the phone
iPhone 6 review
The larger screen, long battery life and great performance more than make up for minor niggles like certain features not being available in the UK.- Large high-quality display
- excellent design
- user-friendly
- decent security features
- fast performance
- good battery life
- Delay for Apple Pay and WiFi voice calls/VoLTE in UK
