I purchased an iPhone 5S last December for my husband, who is a huge iPhone fan. Before that, I had never really used an Apple product. When it comes to phones, I've always preferred Android, but I decided to give the iPhone a try. To say the least, I was not impressed.

Got as a replacement phone for our daughter and it is so much better than we expected. It's used so you know what to expect but this was not the case in a good way.

As we've come to expect from Apple's S-range, the iPhone 5S represents a subtle enhancement of the previous model. However, it's considerably more powerful than the iPhone 5, Touch ID is a genuinely worthwhile addition, and that compact design remains one of the best around.

Phones don't work and are not apple certified. Whoever is supplying traget does not check functionality at all.

Look, it's pretty hard not to back Apple on this one from a pure quality and featureset point of view. We haven't tested the iPhone 5s yet, but given that it's an incremental upgrade on the already excellent iPhone 5, we expect it to perform very well and stand its ground in terms of challenges from...

I bought this phone as Unlocked and when I received it accompanied with Verizon sim-card it was a surprise (not a nice one). I went to the local Costco warehouse and the manager of the Wireless department told me he has never seen this kind of thing but the phone should be unlocked. Nope.

I love this phone! The phone is easy to use, and very convenient because of the size :) I can easily put it in my pocket without feeling like it's weighing me down. The only issue with this phone that I have encountered is the storage. Otherwise I am completely happy with it!

This is the phone I always wanted, will probably be my last, its small, I don`t want the 6,7,8,X. This one is perfect for me.... The price was a little to much for a 5s but didn`t want to wait, did find it on Amazon a week later for $215. I paid $335

Good little phone but I have since moved to Samsung for the simple facts of there nicer screens and designs apple doesn't have the nice curves. if you are new to apple I would recommend this, however, i would look at the Samsung s7 or s8 if you want value for money.

By smartphone standards the iPhone 5S is outright ancient. The price, combined with its smaller 4.7in screen and form factor mean the iPhone 5S remains, on paper, a fairly compelling choice for Apple fans on a budget and has stood the test of time surprisingly well.
