Apple iPhone 5c (16GB/32GB)
In an alternate reality, the iPhone 5 would have followed past Apple precedent, dropping in price to $99 while a markedly more powerful iPhone 5S debuted at $199, $299, and $399 price points.
Pros:
- A more affordable version of 2012's iPhone 5
- still packing a 4" screen
- LTE cellular support
- and two very good cameras
- with modestly improved low-light performance on the front camera.
Cons:
- Plastic shells are a major downgrade from both iPhone 5's metal casing and earlier plastic enclosures developed for the iPhone 3GS
- with mostly stale color options
- and no trace of metallic sparkle.

Apple iPhone 5c review
There's no doubt about it -- the iPhone 5s is a smashing phone, but it sits in a funny place in Apple's product range. It feels very much like the iPhone 5 has been rebundled here for a specific set of customers.

iPhone 5c
The iPhone 5c is that "other" iPhone that launched on September 20, alongside the flagship iPhone 5s . While the higher end 5s might've garnered more attention among the press, the iPhone 5c may end up being the higher volume seller. Why? It's $99 on contract vs. $199 for the 5s in 16 gig capacity.
Pros:
- Attractive
- excellent build quality
- sharp and colorful display and all the comforts of iOS 7
Cons:
- A 4" display in 2013 seems so old fashioned
- Last year's specs won't ignite as much enthusiasm, nor will it be as future proof as the iPhone 5s

Apple iPhone 5c review
Apple's colourful iPhone 5c represents a new direction in strategy for the company's iPhone line and it's all about marketing. Where the arrival of a new iPhone previously resulted in selling last year's model at a lower price, the iPhone 5c is 2013's iPhone 5 .
Pros:
- Bright new colour variants
- Good build quality
- Upgraded front-facing camera
Cons:
- Glossy finish can be slippery to hold
- No real new or notable features
- Battery life could be better

Apple delivered a one-two punch with this year's iPhone announcement. The iPhone 5S is now king of the castle, but the iPhone 5C is replacing last year's iPhone 5 as the new 2nd tier device. So is it a worthy replacement?
Pros:
- Beautifully engineered
- Elegant UI
- Improved 4G support

Apple iPhone 5c
The iPhone 5c is one of two new devices released by Apple for 2013. With is colorful polycarbonate shell, iOS 7, beautiful retina display and rock-solid build quality, it is adding a bit of life to an otherwise stale product line up.

Apple iPhone 5c in-depth review - iPhone gets a splash of colour
Last year Apple defied expectation and released the iPad mini , a dinky version of its iconic tablet which we loved thanks to its easy-to-grip-and-carry nature. This year, we expected the mobile giant to surprise us all again by unleashing a budget version of the iPhone.
Pros:
- Bold colours
- Usual great Retina screen
- App Store
Cons:
- Limited storage
- Below average media battery life
- Still quite expensive

iPhone 5C
The iPhone 5C is a great phone. While we wouldn't advise owners of an iPhone 5 to upgrade to the plastic model, we've found ourselves using the iPhone 5C more often than Apple's last generation flagship thanks to its slight improvement in performance, the way iOS 7 compliments its colourful casing...
Pros:
- Casing doesn't feel cheap and is comfortable to hold
- vibrant display
- iOS 7 looks great on the iPhone 5C
- great performance
Cons:
- The 4in screen feels small
- not much improvement in the battery
- It's likely to divide opinions

Apple iPhone 5C Review
The iPhone 5C is quite a surprise, coming from a company which traditionally creates premium, high end products. It makes sense though as there's a lot of money to be made in the mid-range smartphone market. The question is can the iPhone 5C really compete?
Pros:
- Intuitive OS
- great screen and reasonable specs
Cons:
- Plastic build
- overpriced

Apple iPhone 5C
Not exactly low cost, is it? In the U.S., you may get the iPhone 5C at $99 with a two year contract, but in India, this is essentially replacing the iPhone 5. The aluminum iPhone 5, with the 'unapologetically plastic' shell.
Pros:
- Consistent performance - iPhone 5 rerun
- Good battery life
- Built very well
- Lots of colour options
- iOS 7 has refreshed the "iPhone experience"
- somewhat
Cons:
- Plastic over metal? Your choice..
- Not exactly a 'low cost' iPhone
