iPhone 5 review
The iPhone 5 is more than just Apple's latest high-end smartphone. In a world of huge slabs of phone the iPhone's thin profile makes it different to the Galaxy S4 , Sony Xperia Z , HTC One , BlackBerry Z10 , Nokia Lumia 925 and the rest of the high-end phone lineup.
Apple iPhone 5s review
During an era that hears terms like "five-inch" and "phablet" being hurled across Android phone reviews and the Oxford English Dictionary respectively, it came as a surprise to some that Apple stuck to its four-inch design for the iPhone 5s.- Amazing camera
- beautiful design and screen quality
- fingerprint sensor works well
- powerful processor
- best app store available
- Many key software features available as free updates for previous models of iPhone
- premium design and hardware comes at a price
Apple iPhone 5s review
Another year, another iPhone. Apple's mid-cycle "S" update has brought us the iPhone 5s. It retains an identical, physical design to the iPhone 5 but...- Touch ID is genuinely useful
- Improved low light camera performance
- Excellent performance
- Average battery life
- Same sized 4in screen
- Touch ID needs more support
iPhone 5 review
The best iPhone ever produced, bar none -a solid handset that offers an unparalleled user experience- Amazing build quality
- perfectly executed design
- blazingly fast CPU
- excellent gaming
- vastly superior camera and video --a solid all-rounder
- A lot of applications aren't yet optimised for the 4-inch display and Maps isn't up to scratch
Apple iPhone 5 Review: In Depth
The iPhone 5 is an example of fastidious design, creating (in our opinion), the best looking phone money can buy. It's incredibly powerful and quick to use, has a beautiful screen for browsing the web, watching movies and playing games and the camera is excellent.- Gorgeous design
- premium feel
- Bigger screen
- with improved colours
- 4G
- Improved camera with Panorama
- Fast
- Not as comfortable to hold
- 4G only works on EE
- Maps has a lot of errors
- UI lacks features of rivals
Apple iPhone 5s 32GB (Gold-AT&T) Review
The iPhone 5S is really just another iPhone, but that is not a bad thing. It is a beautiful design and it works well for what it was designed to do. There will always be a faster, better, more feature filled phone on the market, the iPhone will very likely never be the best phone available, but it...- iOS 7

- Size & Some Missing Features
Crappy battery, bad phone
My iphone 5 started giving me battery issues such as: a) it will turn off if you go outside and the weather is cold; b) battery life is way shorter than what's described; c) my phone is not even 2 years old and the battery does not hold charge (I never dropped or wet this phone).- Small size
- Horrible customer support
I love this phone. It does everything I want and almost nothing I don't want. The only slight gripe is the fact that not all settings are accessible without Jailbreaking (which I don't want to risk).
APPLE iPhone 5s - 16 GB, Silver
- Plenty of apps
- Ring tone on max volume but still difficult to hear when out and about
iPhone 5S
As we've come to expect from Apple's S-range, the iPhone 5S represents a subtle enhancement of the previous model. However, it's considerably more powerful than the iPhone 5, Touch ID is a genuinely worthwhile addition, and that compact design remains one of the best around.
