I'm a bit of a ludite when it comes to phones and this is my first foray into apple territory; it doesn't live up to the hype. I expected wrongly that it would be intuitive to set up and use. Not really, it's just as frustrating as any other phone/device.
Pros:
- It's a smart phone with many aps
Cons:
- Doesn't have full Bluetooth capability

Very disappointing ... when you hear people and read the reviews so you have to wonder if people had real mobiles before ..... interface is neat but incredibly poor ... and writing about it is really a pain ... sorry This is a fun phone with large screen nothing else ....

Apple users can be like a cult - believing only in Apple products. Keep an open mind and compare this phone with others before you buy. And don't forget to factor your contract into your cost calculations.

It needs improvement because...
i think the pictures section of the phone could be improved where instead of having to go through picture by picture deleting everyone individually i think it would be better if you could check off all the pictures you wanted deleted and then delete them all at once.

Apple iPhone 3G (16GB)
While parts of the iPhone 3G are superb, there are still some big features missing from this device. If you add up the extras the iPhone doesn't seem like a phone that everyone can afford.
Pros:
- 3G
- Wi-Fi and GPS
- Outstanding Safari browser and email
- iPod app is great
- App Store is best of its kind

- No navigation software
- Dismal camera app
- Disappointing battery life
- Counter-intuitive menus and settings

Apple iPhone 3G
How do you review a phone with this much hype swirling around it? If the iPhone was on trial for murder, no one who had followed the iPhone's progress would be allowed to join the jury for fear of their pre-conceptions influencing the verdict.
