Apple’s iPhone 16 Pro Gets a Little Smarter With Apple Intelligence
Apple Intelligence might be overhyped, but it brings some helpful capabilities to the iPhone.
Pros:
- Excellent performance. Good battery life. Fun and useful camera features. Apple Intelligence adds lots of nifty little features, like audio transcriptions in Notes and Voice Memos. Faster wireless charging.
Cons:
- Apple Intelligence is in beta and many other features are coming later on. The Max might be too big. Maybe you don't need a Pro?

Apple iPhone 16 Pro Review: Apple Intelligence Doesn’t Seem So Scary After All
There is something about a slow ascent into something new. Apple does that for artificial intelligence without sacrificing why people like its Pro lineup.
Pros:
- Thinner, lighter, and the bigger screen makes sense for the Pro Max, Camera sensor is better at brightening up detail, Optical zoom is the same between the Pro/Pro Max

- Camera Control button is neat but currently unnecessary, Apple Intelligence exists whether you want it or not

The iPhone 16 Pro Max looks almost identical to the iPhone 15 Pro Max, aside from slimmer bezels and one new button. But for real change, you must look within, with excellent performance, great battery life and a slew of AI features on the way, even if most aren’t available at launch.
