Junk !!!
I have several Apple products and HAD been satisfied with them, that is, until we purchased this. You really find out about a company when you have an issue with one of their products.
Pros:

Good for my 3 year old
So far so good. My 3 year old loves the aps and kids youtube. Keeps them occupy when I have to get something done or finish a meal in public. User friendly. Older model but does the job for kids. Good size.

Great deal!
This tablet is great!! I got it for my 3 year old to use for her ABCmouse.com and her smart kitchen app. It's great! She can use it easily and the iPad has a guided access feature where you can lock your kids into an app, so I have no fears of her going to a site that's not safe for kids.

Perfect size
Bought for child (4 years) for educational apps and games, when her baby brother was born. She is utterly delighted with it and suitably well-disposed to the new member of the family.

Not as good as 1
When you go to double click to get rid of open apps. It doesn't always work. I think I'm going back to number 1 and either send this back or give it away.
